Airports require fast, accurate, and reliable screening to maintain passenger safety and ensure smooth flight operations. Millimeter-wave security scanners offer a modern alternative to traditional metal detectors. They help identify a wide range of prohibited items carried on the body such as bullets, lighters, power banks, bottled liquids, large amounts of cash, powdered explosives, ceramic knives, metal knives, and handguns. The scanners not only detect but also pinpoint their exact location on the passenger. This reduces the need for manual checks and improves the overall efficiency of airport screening.
Microcreative recommends the HBS-7803 series millimeter-wave body scanner, developed in-house and already been deployed at Urumqi Diwopu International Airport, Zhuhai Jinwan Airport, Beijing Capital Airport, and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, Nigeria. The system has successfully passed all acceptance tests conducted by the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology, delivering a smart, accurate, and efficient screening experience throughout the airport environment.
Ürümqi Tianshan International Airport
Microcreative deployed the HBS-1310 millimeter-wave walk-through security scanner at Ürümqi Tianshan International Airport, where the security system is used in the VIP departure channel on the second floor. The installation replaces traditional mechanically complex millimeter-wave scanners, reducing long-term maintenance costs and improving equipment management efficiency. The millimeter-wave scanner provides fast, contactless screening for VIP passengers, helping the airport maintain smooth passenger flow while enhancing security performance and overall operational reliability.
Ürümqi Tianshan International Airport
Microcreative deployed the HBS-7803D millimeter-wave human body security scanner at Ürümqi Tianshan International Airport, where it is installed at Checkpoint 42 for passenger screening. The security scanner replaces traditional mechanically complex millimeter-wave inspection equipment, reducing long-term maintenance costs and improving overall equipment management efficiency. The human body security scanner provides fast, non-contact screening for passengers, supporting smooth checkpoint operations while enhancing security performance and operational reliability at the airport.
Zhuhai Jinwan Airport
Our HBS-7803 series human body scanner is installed in the intelligent security screening lane of Area A. It integrates directly with the airport’s security information system, supporting a fully digital workflow and improving passenger throughput.
Beijing Capital International Airport
The HBS-7803 security scanners was officially put into service in the international smart security channel at Terminal 2. The system underwent and passed a dedicated acceptance review by the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology.
Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport
Our millimeter-wave body scanner has also been deployed at Nigeria’s main international gateway. It has been supporting fast and reliable screening for high-traffic international routes.
