Microcreative is based in Zhuhai’s Tsinghua Science Park and has R&D centers in Beijing and Hefei. We have a team of 145 people, more than 70% hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, and over 60% are part of our research and development team.
Our production area covers about 2000 square meters and has dedicated spaces for radar manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control. Everything is set up to make sure each product is checked carefully before it leaves the factory. It’s equipped with professional instruments for chip testing, radar aging chambers, circuit board testers, ammeters, and high- and low-temperature ovens, along with simulation platforms for industrial radar performance. Our production line can make more than 60,000 radar electronic units every year, supported by professional testing and inspection equipment to ensure consistent quality. We also have a dedicated production line for millimeter-wave body security scanners, along with a special testing room for high- and low-temperature checks. Every year, we can produce around 100 complete units with stable, reliable performance.

We’ve set up a simulation testing platform built specifically for millimeter-wave radar research, verification, and model selection. The testing system accurately recreates different industrial environments to simulate how the radar works throughout the entire production process. This helps us see how each radar performs in different real-world situations, checking that it stays stable, accurate, and reliable once it’s in use.
